I much rather prefer to sit somewhere outside, listening to the water and the wind and admiring all nature which is devine and a wonder of its' own.
I feel the same way, Talisien! However, my husband thinks if we don't go to church, we are backslidden! Sheesh! So I go for him just to keep peace in the family so-to-speak! But I much prefer your idea!

But also remember the words of Jesus: "where two or three are gathered in my name I am with them." (Matt 18:20)

Also, notice that in the the book of Acts that Apostles did not pursue spirituality alone, but they regularily attendend gatherings of "the brethren."

Hi Ben!

Hey! It has been a long time since we spoke. I had left the site for like six months but now I have returned in full form! How are you? What is new with you?

Thank you for reminding me of what the Apostles did, Ben. I know that Christ set an example to them as they are to set an example to us Christians. This is a poor excuse, I know. But I live in a small town and the churches here are very boring. So I tend not to want to go because of that and much rather watch Dr. Charles STanley on television. Usually my husband, the spiritual leader in our home, does both.

You take care Ben and keep in touch.

Talisien, bring more of those poems/prayers. They were lovely!

Hi Rosemary. Nothing much is new with me. I'm back at college after summer break. Now it's time to get back to work.

Hi BEn! I attended church today and I have to admit I thought of you and your words. In fact, I wrote down your words you gave to me and put them in my Bible for me to remember why I personally need to be in church. WE got a new worship leader that started today and the worship time was actually wonderful! What our church has needed all along! So thank you for your spiritual encouragement.

I am glad to hear that you are doing well and back at it in school. Are you still studying Gaelic too? Or do you know that fluently already? Speak soon!

Hi Rosemary, you're welcome. It's nice to hear that you like your new worship leader.

Sorry to say, but I've kind of put Gaelic on the back burner. I was busy fixing microscopes this summer and now I have to focus on school. I'll try to get back to it around thanksgiving time.

By the way, have you ever studied Gaelic?

Ben

Hi Ben! Well, I have tried to study a little of Gaelic. I used to have these great websites, but my husband's computer crashed and he had to take mine. He bought me a new computer, but I lost all those Gaelic websites that I had to try to learn it. Someone just gave me a website the other day. http://www.taic-btinternet.co.uk/taic.htm maybe you know of this one or one better for us beginners!

Have you been to Scotland? How is it that you know Gaelic so well? Chat soon!
