LOL...No, I'm not SDA. But a lot of Christian churches do communion, but it's not what you think. It SYMBOLIZES the blood and flesh of Christ...meaning that it's just supposed to represent what he sacrificed for us. Some churches do believe that after you eat/drink it it converts to ACTUAL blood and flesh...that's kind of weird, but it doesn't convert...that's insane. My church calls it "sacrament" (because it refers to the sacrifice) and we use water and white bread. When it's prayed over the prayer says, "And we do it in remembrance of..." Meaning that as we take it we're reminded that we've covenanted with God to try to keep his commandments like we promised to do when we were baptized.
