Bedding for guinea pigs?

Just wondering if anyone has guinea pigs, and if so what kind of bedding do you use for them? I've always used the traditional wood shavings, but today I went to a different pet store and saw something called 'Carefresh Bedding' which looked a bit like cat litter. It's supposed to be very absorbent so you need to change it less and also won't cause your pet respiratory problems. Has anyone tried it?

I actually do not have a guinea pig but I have heard of people using cat litter. I have also seen people use newspapers. I hope this helps you somewhat.
