CATS UR COOL? (aye, shoutin!). Ah'll tell ye whit cats ur - thur sneaky wee basturts! Oor cat wiz inheritit when ma step-daughters decided tae go travelin the wurrild - did they take the cat? Did they fcuk! Ennywey, wherr wis ah?

Oh aye. Oor cat lives on the top of the kitchen sink and the adjacent central heating boiler. It's blind as a....cat (?) and refuses to come doon tae the flerr. Sort of 'Cat in the Canopy'. So whit dae ah huv tae dae? Knock oot a pane a' glass and install a catflap in the windae.

An put in a wee ladder so it can get back in the hoose (we've goat a basement flat). And install razor wire an video-surveillance an suchlike so's it canny get oot the basement gairden an get pizza'd by a passing truck oan Great Western Road.

So we canny huv the kitchen windae replaced, though it badly needs it, until the cat dies. It's twinty. An bad basturts keep tellin me aboot cats that live tae twinty-five.

No this wan.

Ah promise.

Artoo. 'Dogs have owners, cats have staff'
