I thought about getting some work done in Glasgow but I'll only be there for a day and night. I have better things to see and do than spend an hour or two in a barber chair in a tattoo parlor.

Seanconnery007 & McBath, you should come out to Dublin and get your work done while I'm out there. I could use the company. The new one will be in a very sensitive area under the arm
Kinkade...

You have a picture of your arm band? I would like to see how the Tree of Life looks with the celtic knotwork.. sounds pretty kool..

Also.. why do you go all over the place.. and not go to the same artist?

Maybe it's just me.. I'm very perticular as to whom does my work. I know what I will get from the people that I've always gone to.. You know quality of work and all..

When are you going to Ireland?

Druid.. you've mentioned this before.. sorry.. I just forgot.. But I don't understand. Why are you not allowed to have Tattoo's in the Military? Is that written somewhere?

and what does the military say about a lip piercing? I would only image that a piercing would go over worse off. Are you planning on taking it out?

And if you got a Tattoo in a spot that is not visible .. say like hip or lower back or something like that.. how would they see that anyway?

I'll get some pics posted soon. Don't have the time as of yet. Plus it isn't quite finished yet.

As to why I go all over the place... My tattoos are my memories of places I've been, experiences I've had, people I've met, and so on. I screen every artist to touch me with a needle very extensively. I watch them work on another person for a while and talk to the artist for a while before I let them touch me. Since I'm Scotch / Irish I thought it would be cool to get some work done out there.

I'll be in Dublin over St. Patricks Day 2006 from the 15th to the 21st. I may take a day trip to Glasgow to see where my clan came from. There's a hotel called The Kincaid House outside Glasgow. I may get some work done there also.

Well that sounds pretty kool KinKade.. I mean.. to make memories of where you go an all.. I've gone 8 different times now for Tattoo's but I've managed to keep a few in the same areas.. only putting 4 different areas on me.. but I've only once went to a different artist. I donno.. I get nervous. Your wise to watch and ask questions and all that..

I'm working on my next one.. It's going to be writing again. Chinese, but this time, I am having one of my Chinese co-workers to write it out for me first. She was out of the office Friday which is when I was ready to go.. so I put it off. I think this weekend...

I got something done in Chinese writing already, but I want to double double .. lol.. make sure what I'm getting is what I want it to say..

I have also always wanted to be in Ireland on St. Patrick's Day, as that is my Birthday, I figured it would be great to be there on that day, but alas, I've not managed it yet.

I hope you have a great time.. and when you finish your piece, I would be interested in seeing it .. so take some pics...
