Dont normally eat haggis-- once in a blue moon

I've had it once and in this case once was enough.

Then again maybe it was just not a very good one. I should probably try it once more - maybe in Scotland next year.

I always have a good point Wiz

and about haggis...

the 1st word that comes to mind is ICK

but...

I've never tried it.

I'll be moving to Aberdeen or Edinburgh in September for a year to get my masters degree, so I might try to work up the nerve to try some.

I don't know if that will be possible though. I KNOW what is in haggis and the thought of eating sheep lungs, liver, heart, GUTS, is revolting.

That will likely be one Scottish experience I will skip when I'm there!

PS...I'm a good cook, but I don't think I'd ever attempt to make haggis. I think looking at sheep guts raw would make me ill enough to never want to eat again. I can't even touch ground beef to make it into a hamburger with out having on gloves or baggies over my hands. It's just one of my weird quirks.
