WOW! That sounds cool!
I was in New Orleans earlier this year (flying via Houston which I always seem to route through), and loved the area. (Unfortunately, that's about my extent of seeing the Gulf Coast thus far).
Well, I can make some pretty mean enchiladas; so my family thinks. But they are used to Mexican food in CA where I tend to like Mexican food in AZ, TX & NM (would that be Sonoran style?)
