Willy sorry I didn't get back to you but I think this page is a more appropriate one to talk than on the other simpathy page(which I believe should be reserved for (Kim and Celto)I'm a biology Major at the local collage I play and build guitars(acoustic guitars only)and enjoy cooking for my wife.

Hi Gamble,
Yes, I'm glad you moved over here. I was starting to think the same thing but didn't think we needed to start whole new thread (but didn't know how well you knew your way around the boards yet to continue the conversation).
You build guitars? That's pretty interesting so you are multi talented in the musical arena! (I have a son who played some guitar but is actually better on the violin. If you know of anyone who makes a quality violin at a reasonable price...please let me know!)
So are you a gourmet chef? What's your speciality?

willy, I mostly like mexican food, but I'm also very foud of cajun food. I have a friend who lives in the swamps near lake charles and and his grandmother gave me alot of recipes from the swamp coutry, She's 71 years old and her house is built on stilts with "gaters right in her back yard!!!!!" you have to take a small boat to get from where we park to get to her house.
