AWOL-Looking 4 Stephen Garansi

I have lost contact with a cyber-friend. Name:Stephen Garansi Age 29. Last known destination was Kosovo Dec 2000. Serving as Seargent with US Army, Based in Frankfurt-Germany from Sept 2000.

We lost contact near the expected end of his tour in Kosovo when tension was high due to elections. I would just like to know if he is safe and well.

Have you seen or heard from him?
Is he dead or alive?
