Lightbulb hello again

Sorry fot this long time, but I have a lot of artistic and professional projects for the moment.

As I said, I made about Scotland (And I find Scots so….attractives too ). I read everything about your country : history, literature, legend, and so on (in english and french). But I am thinking that between the books and the everyday life, it must be different. I come in Scotland each year and I met friendly people and beautiful nature. But this is the reality ? I think it is a romantic (or touristic) view. It’s why I decide to find a job in Scotland for serveral months to see by myself how it is (I have translated my CV, but I am afraid there are a lot of mistakes).

How do you think about it ? How do you live your country and history ? May be you will find me a little « idiot » with this stupid questions.

A plaisir de te lire,

Samantha

I'm sure many Scots will find you attractive too Samantha

The reality of Scotland is definitely different to the books. There are aspects of each area (history, legend, etc) that are real, but the reality is they are the romantic aspects. Life in general here is no different to anywhere else - we go through our daily routines (whether it is work, family, whatever) and make time for relaxation, leisure as and when we can! (Of course, there are those lucky enough to be able to make more time for the latter... and I am happy with that situation )

The best way to experience anything is to live it and I wish you all the best with your search for a job here... but read through the other topics with regard to getting a job and everything else you need to do as well before sending the CV off!
