well, I guess property at the beach has not only the biggest growth potential but the greater risk. I've seen waterfront homes being washed into the sea. Closer to the waterfront than you would wish for.

What foreign places are you looking into?

yep you are right when you live near the beach that is the risk , it is the price one pays for luxury,i stood inside a multi million dolar home the other day hit by a hurricane and it was wiped out what a mesas but you want the best you have to take what mother nature gives you , i like the beach only to visit apart from that it is very cliche to be in and around the beach and it gets old quick ,i have been to beaches all over the world even the world famous bondi beach and it was like every other beach , sand water and a few bars they do not vary that much in struture they are basically designed to get you there get you money and you leave witha tan ,that is it still they are good for the weekend s

well, true, and many beaches are not keeping their promises. Which is the most beautiful beach, in your opinion?

Well someone needs to start talking again

I think the best beach in Florida is Fort Walton/Destin area up on the panhandle. It is slow enough that all the crazies tend to stay more so. The white sand is absolutely beautiful and gulf water is nice and warm. SO where are from El?

Hey

Thanks a bunch for saying hello Sandman.

I agree the Gulf of Mexico beaches and Destin are lovely. I am from North Carolina, which has wonderful beaches too. Different though.
