I am well! I love gymnastics as well. I was a gymanast for 11 years! That's excellent that you get to do that!!!!

back hand springs are my favorite! we're learning our half time dance now it's sick. we have alot of hip movments. but not the robot type the sexy type its awsome were gonna show st marys up big time!!!

lol! it's all good. im so happy i mean i'm not we lost by one touch down but we totalyt kicked their squads as. they hate us and are snotty and they fell and for got parts if their dance and we totaly nailed ours lol hahaahahaha bull dogs in your face!!!!
