Just lost everything i wrote there, damn slow typing, it logged me off before i could send. lmao doh!

Anyways .....

When meeting new friends i suggest a gd starting point is to be yourself. Take a friend who is a great ice breaker to ease the situation for you. Also a great divertion technique is humour, so if you do get tongue tied, just make a wee light hearted joke about it.

I am an introvert myself, so i know how you are feeling.
