It's not about getting a tan, its about going out in July without an umberella or planning waht you are going to do for example last year we planned a nice picnic in June and it snowed! AND by the way the scottish summer usually lasts between 1-3 weeks j/k

it's about tanning to me cuz alot of the scottish gurls are probably pale unless they go to those tanning booths an i want to look cute not dead
