Hey Ladies!! I find myself overweight, yet I find out that i'm average--i'm a size 12 most of my weight is centered around my butt and hips..isn't that where it all ends up? LOL..i'm shaped like a pear so its real hard to find jeans that fit..I get so disgusted with trying on jeans because nothing fits..i try different styles and brands but nothing ever fits..

Hey Simone,

I like food better than sex. No kidding. I always had that problem...well mine was in my legs mostly. Thunder thighs. I can tell you what helped me. Pilates. Joint a Pilates class. You can get you doctor to allow you to go to physical therapy and insurance will pick up most of it. Weight is unhealthy, you have a health problem that can be solved by therapy. I till you all my life no matter what diet I went on I would end it before I got the weight off of my legs. I got discouraged. When I HAD to go to therapy I was shocked at how I actually got thin. And I could eat more than a regular diet allowed. You burn major calories and inches. People say to me....you have such skinny legs.......or they will say.....Oh, like you have to worry about weight. I just have to laugh. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think people would say that about me.

Check into it....it is so worth it.

Susan

but you know that does happen...my aunt became very attached to this guy that she met on the net about 4 years ago...they are both married....but she seems obsessed with him...everytime she would write an email it was with clips from what they had said to eachother or just stupid things like that...I would get on average about 7-10 emails from her a day...after a while you just don't bother reading them anymore cause they were all about their conversation and then she would want comments about them...grrr...but she became obsessed or more obsessed, when he 'accidentally' sent her an email meant for someone else (a woman)so she tried to find out as much as possible about her...and then you know how you can see if the person is online if you have them on your buddy list?...well he would tell her he was going to bed or something and she would check later to see if he was online and then go off on how he was probably talking to that woman and that he lied to her....well to make a long story short after 4 years I just recieved an email from her yesterday stating that her and the guy had a falling out and they were no longer talking to eachother...of course she then sent me the whole conversation leading up the their falling out....well hopefully now I can actually have a decent conversation with her..but it makes you wonder if she sends parts of my emails to others like she did with him expecting comments...so I don't really tell her much about me....so there is my story....

Talking

I KNOW it's possible to become really, intimately involved with internet pals....and it's unfortunate that sometimes these relationships get out of hand and turn into obsessions. I hope your aunt learned from her experience.

Becoming obsessed with anything is not good, let alone a person you meet on the internet, or a person you meet at the grocery store..you can't push something that isn't there..

Talking

I really doubt she learned....it sounded as though she just wanted to be his one and only 'friend' and that he couldn't talk to anyone else....who knows...I just want to see how long it takes for her to not email him or how long it is until she tries to talk to him again...any bets?...haha

hi simone.... i was like you, an average body in a teeny tiny clothes world!! nothing worse than going to a shop trying on a outfit you adore, only to have it not fit you, even worse is when you realiseyou just tried on their biggest size!! sizing really does have alot to fix up, the average woman is bigger, and righly so, a woman is supposed to have cushion.. anyway, i was uncomfortabel with my body, so i decided to do that zone diet, and i was sooo surpried at the results. i have lost a lot of weight around my waist and backside, i am pear shaped too... i feel betteron this eating plan than i have on anything in my dieting life. i dont plan to ever stop eating in the zone. not only for my weight, but my skin improoved, my hair, my energy, and my moods, it ireally is worth checking out, and the meals are sooo good.... look at
http://www.zoneperfect.com oh and by the way you dont have to count all the blocks if you dont want , i just bought a zone book, and it has recipes in it that are low in fat content.... really well worth a look in to..
