Cool Rant!

Sabordab

I've lived in Glasgow most of my life and never been the victim of the trouble that you are ranting on about. As was said earlier Glasgow has it's bad areas just like any city but in the main the city is a fantastic place to live with some of the friendliest people in the world! If I were you I wouldn't bother coming here if it bothers you so much, get a job down south and you might be a little happier! And as for dissing Scotland as a whole why on earth are you even looking at this site?

Erm, just a wee point!

I know a couple of 'doormen'. And the last thing they would do is highlight their sensibilities with regards to violence. These guys are used to a wee bit of rough and tumble so why would it bother them. In addition to this surely your job depends on people coming into Glasgow at night so why would you try and put people off.

Whereabouts in South Lanarkshire are you from?. And yes it is a wee test!

Anyway and more to the point I have lived in Glasgow for 30 years of which 15 I have been Socialising. This is serious, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING MORE THAN A WEE STRAMASH. AND I HAVE BEEN TO THE ROOFTOPS A FEW TIMES. IF YOU LOOK FOR TROUBLE YOU WILL FIND IT.

And i wonder, 4 years on, if the original poster has learned that university is not called 'school' here.
