New to the group

Hi there everyone,
I don't know if I should be posting under this topic since I'm not looking for a man in a kilt or anything like that! I just wanted to say, "Hi!" and introduce myself. You all seem like very nice people, funny too...I have been reading some of your posts and they crack me up! I'm from California, the silicone capital of America I am 28 and have a 5 year old daughter. My mother was born in Scotland, but moved to the US years ago. My daughter and I just got back from visiting relatives in Scotland and I'm hoping to move there in the near future. I have visited Scotland twice and each time, I have not wanted to leave...I just feel like it's "home" there. I can't explain it any other way...sound crazy? You have a beautiful country and the pubs, well, from what I can remember...they were great! haha. I still have to get revenge on my cousin for those nights!
Anyway, I probably gave you more information than you wanted to hear. I hope I hear back from some of you. I would really like to make some new friends before I move. Take care now.

You will make lots of good friends here but you will make a lot more if you go to scotland dot c*m* on inn. Most of the people are there

AS for Scotland I know exactly what you mean..I was there 2 months ago..and just lovedit..didnt want to leave...I too and going back to live..I cant wait. Anyways, enjoy your time here
