my name is olive duncan maiden name linton. i am looking for my fathers'family they lived in edinburgh.scotland. some in leith and portobello (i think.) my uncle as well as my dad worked on the trawlers. my aunts and uncles i can only just remember. there names were jock, ina, mary, another jock, jean deas ( she lived in carstorphine i think) my auntie ina had a son called sonny. if anyone out there can give me any information i would really appreciate it. my dads' name was frank linton but his family called him donald. my mum was minnie and we lived in dundee. 96 helmsdale ave kirkton.i am now in the usa and would dearly love to hear from some of my dads people, even to see them when i come home. i would also like to find out the name of all local newspapers.
