Polwarth thank you so much, I cant thank you enough for the link to the telephone numbers. I rang all three today and couldn't get an answer. However, a couple of hours ago one of the people I rang phoned me back and I explained my reason for calling. He knew my friend and had her mobile number so while I was on the phone to him his partner rang my friend on her mobile and she was so excited Needless to say we exchanged phone numbers etc. just had the most amazing chat and we are going to meet up sometime soon and deffo not going to lose touch again I am absolutely thrilled, so thank you from the bottom of my heart

Just to update all of you who helped me find my long lost friend I went up to Scotland last weekend Fri-Sun and met up with my friend. What an amazing time we had, so much to catch up on over the last 30 years or so and still a lot more catching up to do!!! So thankyou Scotland.com for making this possible
