Looking for Mr Roddy Scott

I would like to ask your help.

I'm looking for Mr Roddy Scott, I had e-mail correspondence with him in 1998 then I lost contact and I now I need to get in touch with him.

At that time he lived in Clintmains, Melrose, he might be 40/45 years old now.
He might have worked in a company named Montage Ecosse Limited in 6, Clintmains Cottages, now dissolved.

He doesn't live/work there anymore, but I don't know how to find him.
I know it's like to look for a needle in a haystack, but it's worth trying.

in Clintmains in your list! I cannot believe it!

Do you know if there is a chance

Are there any search engines for Scotland?
I've tried 118118.com but with no results.
