Hello Everyone.I am searching for a 20 year old scottish soldier to the british army called Ian(first name) who last year(2005) he was on a trainning camp in Norway,to a city around Tromso .He was also on vacation in Latvia-Riga from 3 August 2006 till 8 August 2006. I would be more than thankful if you know any scottish persons who travelled in Latvia the first days of August or if you can suggest me any possible ways in order to find him. It's really urgent. Do you at least have the name of Ian's regiment? Or his surname? Ian is a very, very common name in Scotland!

I suspect you would need to make enquiries via the Ministry of Defence... Looking for an Ian, even if you knew the regiment, would be like looking for a needle in a haystack
