Left Glasgow 1967,Lived on Lettoch Street Winealley,then Hollybush Road Penilee/Attended Broomloan Rd.and Govan High Schools..I am a young 56yrs.
Mum Isa,Granny Aggie,brothers;John,Billy,Ian,Stevie and Tony..Live in Canada now..Widow, three grown sons and one grandaughter.

I'm afraid I don't live in Glasgow, so I'm unable to help you with your search..

Just wondered if you knew about http://www.friendsreunited.co.uk

You may be able to trace friends via your schools or even places of employment.
