On Oct 02 1993 My son Shannon Peter Wallace was abducted by his mother from California. She is English and is from Kendal Lake District. I have been searching for sometime now. My exwife is hiding out somewhere in the UK and I dont know where. I tried everything. Any suggestions would help Thanks Jimmie

Jimmie...I'm from "across the pond", and so my suggestions may be silly /may not apply...but, does Scotland Yard help with situations like yours? If I were looking for a person, especially a child, I'd try schools...I'd try churches, then I'd spread the word FAR and WIDE. (Personally, I'd be feeling SO FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, and a host of other feelings.) Good Luck in finding your son. And, like I wrote before, keep this site up to date...someone may have some up to the minute news that will be able to help you. Good Luck, TXmujer

Without knowing her name I cannot begin to do a search, if you want to
mail it to me I will try my hardest but I do think that if she is in
hiding I will not find her through the usual channels !!

May I suggest?

Try posting a picture of your son and maybe have also a computer generated one done of what he might look like today and post that as well.

Also, and I don't know if this is allowed so you should ask, post a picture of your ex-wife as maybe someone has seen her and may be able to give you some informartion as to her whereabouts.

I wish you all the luck in the world and hope that soon you will be reunited with your son.

That is such good news about the newspaper willing to print the story about your son. The exposure you get from this story should help. Again, I hope you have good luck with this.
