Attempting to locate cousin

My cousin, Robert Davis, relocated to Aberdeen, Scotland many years ago. I haven't seen him in quite some time. I have tried to contact him several times but with no luck. He is originally from California and was a deep sea diver by trade. I am located in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. He lived with my family for approximately a year when he was about 7 years old.
