I met a couple from Aberdeen on this site and we corresponded regularly for quite awhile. We both were AOL users and they switched about a month ago to a new internet service provider and I haven't heard from them since - I don't know if our systems are compatible. If you see this, Archie, I just wanted to say - you and Doreen are dearly missed and I wanted to thank you for your regular Friday night chats. I learned a lot from you about the customs and old ways of Scotland and I never expected to meet such wonderful people on the internet.
