I was amazed to see my old address of 50 Boyd Street come up. My family (The Davis's) lived there until 1956. We lived in the house, first left when you went into the close.I had all my relatives that lived on Boyd Street. My Grandfather lived on Boyd Street. The family names were, Smith, Wilson, Mitchell and Davis and we all went to Calder Street School. I now live in Canada and worked with a girl who's Aunt now lives at 50 Boyd Street. What a small world!
Did anyone know the Webster family? Annette & Barry. There was also the Gibson family, Barber family and the Bruce family. My mother and other families on Boyd Street organized a Street party in 1953 for the Coronation. Anyone out there that was lucky enough to attend that party?
