Hi again Moonpie

Sounds like you are a girl with goals and
a real determination to travel. I think
you will make not only Scotland, but Oz
too, as you can do anything if you try.
My accent is still as Scottish as 'Haggis'
although my ways have become Aussie.
e.g. barbecues, Aussie Rules Footie, etc.
I still think the men here are a bit
chauvinistic compared to Scotland.

What about life in Tennessee? How do the male
species behave there? I heard they think about
their cars more than their families, but that
may be a complete untruth. Let me know.

Cheers

Hi liz girl! The only thing that stops me from travel is the $$$. The only prob is I may never come back.hahaha. I've always heard that scottish men are romantic and affectionate, like I said that one I knew was. As far as the southern men, yeah I know alot that put their cars, motorcycles and other things before their women. Alot of the men here are rough around the edges (macho type, hide thier feelings) Personally I like the more romantic, open kind of man. I don't know about aussie men cuz I never met one, but the ones I've seen in films and tv are gorgeouse. I think both the aussie and scottish accents are pretty sexy.lol. What kind sports or other things do aussie and scottish ppl like?
chow!

Wink Aussie men

G'Day again Moonpie,

I'm not sure what Aussie men are like
romantically cause I'm married to a Scotsman!
Aussie men like to put on a front of real
toughness, i.e. beer swilling, get into little
groups at barbecues etc. Things are changing
a bit though and many of them are becaming 'New Age
Guys' going shopping with the wife etc.Thing have got to change the world over because women
are beginning to have a strong say in things now,
what do you think? What's so wrong about Tennessee anyway
that you want to leave? Maybe its because you've never
done any travelling.

Speak to you soon, I'm not feeling too good, got a bad
cold.

Hey girl. tennessee is ok, but you're right that I haven't seen enough of the world. I had a friend that has though. I always envied her. She's seen California, Scotland, all the UK. Other places in the US. the only place we always talked about but she has never been is Australia. I'm still young, just maybe I'll get to do those things. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Alot of colds going around here too. The week after next my 6yr.old starts 1st grade. I hope that she doesn't get sick during that time, that would be awful.lol. I agree that the power of women is growing, especially here in the US. Sounds like it's the same there too. Well, talk to ya later. If ya want to email me my addy is moonpie27_@hotmail.com.
