Glad that you fouind the advice useful. The Edinburgh festival, held every August, is the biggest Arts festival in the world. The Tattoo, theatre, music, dance, comedy, film, street performers; you name it, it's all here. The town gets really busy and has a wonderful bustling cosmopolitan atmosphere. If you're here in the Summer, make sure you have at least a couple of days in Edinburgh.
