Smile Aberdeen

Hi Jase!

I'm not really from Aberdeen but I've been staying here for 2 years now. And I even understood most of Neil's & Dora's banter. If that doesn't count??

Aberdeen at the moment doesn't seem to be located in Scotland but in Greenland - except that we haven't got the masses of ice & snow (yet to come!) - but definitely the temperatures!!

So how sunny & warm is New Orleans? And what about the blues?? (not yours - the music!!)

Tioraidh,

Hello!
Not sunny and warm here at all, more like wet, damp and full of potholes. Everyone is sick, all with variations of the same thing. No matter what the weather I still think I'd prefer to be in Aberdeen. Nothing like being home for the holidays
Keep in touch
Jase

I feel your pain. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, USA and my heart longs for other, grander places. Such as Texas, Montana, Scotland, Sweden, any where but where i am. I am so tired of city life, all the polution and dirt and dust in the air. but to get out, you need money, and i am currently a full time student not able to afford anything but school right now. and to make matters worse, my best friend gets to travel Europe for a month in March, 16 or 17 countries i believe. The pain of desiring to be where you aren't. Well, at least we all have eachother who ache for the same thing, our home lands.
Have a great day.
