E-mail-pals?

As you see, i'm intrested in Scotland and I'm from Finland. As you don't know anything about Finland, you can google it I live in Rovaniemi which is the city of the sweet Santa Claus There are also websites of Rovaniemi too..

We have a real winter in here, it takes about six months per year (dark, snow, cold), that's boring Two months goes for the spring and a another two for the fall. So our summer isn't too long...

Welcome to the message board.

Haha, I have heard of Rovaniemi. Years ago, I was once offered a job in Finland, in a place called Leppiniemi (spelling?). BUT I was stupid and took a job in London instead. Very silly decision!

Oddly, the London office I went to work in had a Finnish lady there, so you Finns must get around.

As for Santa Claus, he never could be trusted to bring me what I wanted. I'm still waiting for a pony. Or even a reindeer.

So, you must be enjoying a short bit of summer now? We had a hot sunny time and we thought it would stay, but now it's rainy.

Have you any idea how hard it is to carry a whole pony from Finland to Scotland? And I'm sure Santa made you a favor not to give you a reindeer... they're maybe the most idiotic animals on the earth

We've had quite warm in here too. That's good, even though it's like hell to be at work these days. Finnish builders really know how to make a warm house against the winter, but in the summer we're lost...
