Hi B,
I have 2 grown sons that I adore, and 2 granddaughters, who are just wonderful, Alizatina and Molly. But I don't get to see any of them very often and that is quite difficult for me. I have an Exchange Student living with me this year from South Korea - she just turned 16. I call her Baby Feet.

I write, though I've hurt my neck and can't be on computer very long right now. So, please pray for my neck. I'm currently writing mystery books.

My knees are gone to arithritis so not much walking, no gardening anymore, don't even go shopping much, guess I avoid walking, except to take my little poodle out. Buddha - he's my constant companion. All black. So is my cat Emily.

Guess that's enough about me for now.
Maggie

I too am from Florida and I too have a Korean living with me. As a matter of fact, she has lived with me for the past 29 glorious years.

My gardening in mainly done in pots so there is not too much bending, if I do have to get
to ground level I always make sure that it is easy for me to get back up !!

The walking is to keep my joints in working order and is often very slow !!

I have arthritis from my neck to my ankles(triggered by accident in a bus in 1996- - another
story) and have found that if I don't move around I cease up...I won't give into that

The last few weeks my right hand is giving me a lot of pain and I can't hold things in
it...have dropped a few plates and mugs and hubby has to clean the mess up

But never mind I am still the easygoing and fun loving person I have always been

In reading what Hutch has has said I am thinking that his Korean lady is his wife...I am
sure he will tell me if I am wrong

I'm so sorry to hear about your arthritis, Babz - I'm so sorry it's in your hands too. Does it bother you to use the keyboard?

I have it too. My neck's been driving me nuts and making me grumpy, but I'm trying to not give in to it also. Still, I can't get on my knees and get up anymore - just really aggravates me. That was the end of my practical yard work. (Not that I was ever that great at gardening like some of the women in my family...but I did enjoy it sometimes.)

Hutch, you are not too far from me - I'm in Lake Worth, FL.
So glad to hear from you! How did you manage to find a Korean wife?
