Scottish penpals always welcome with me!

Hi there!
My name is Lidia and I live in Pell Lake, Wisconsin, USA
I am 44 years of age, divorced, have a 19 year old son and many interests
I am welcoming new penfirends from all over Scotland to write to--either by email or postal(although I love postal letters and have been penpalling actively by post fro 25 years)
My requirements are simple:
Ladies--age 30 and up
Gentlemen--age 34 to 55 and divorced or never married and totally unattached and straight
From all over Scotland but since I'm a Burns nut, prefer Burns Country--but like I said, anywhere in Scotland is fine with me!
Interested?
EMAIL: [email]lidziolko@gmail.com
I hope to get some replies soon and gain some new lasting friends!

You are extremely brave to put your full postal address on a website. Believe me, there are some 'odd' people out there... I'd suggest removing your addy and asking interested parties to PM you first, via the board!

Hi,

I urge you to follow Polwarths advice. There are some very suspect people roaming the Internet and you certainly wouldn't want them running around with your personal details.

Hello, Burnsfan, and welcome.

As others have said, please do consider taking your postal address out of your post. Yes, I know the internet has no more unsavoury types than the real world does, but you wouldn't go around giving out your address to random strangers on the street, so it would be better not to risk it online. I don't know you, but I really don't want you to get an internet stalker, or WORSE, a real-life one. Heck, I usually make sure not to post my e-mail address publicly, so maybe I am over-careful.

Anyway, how do you know that I, respectable mild-mannered (haha) lady of 30 and really quite a lot up, will not turn up at your house and kidnap your son as a toy boy? See? Some scary people around.

Your mention of Wisconsin has suddenly made we want to go and hunt out some Garrison Keillor book, so I can stop harassing you now.

Thanks so much!

To all of you who wrote to me about my ad:
Thank you in forms of hugs and kisses!
Yes i am aware of the ever growing number of idiots, morons and weirdos out there and i didn't think this would have an impact of care!
You realise that i appreciate it very much!
I still want postal pals and if anyone writes me and requests my address, then i will give it to them!
But right now email pals is the way I'm going and financially, I'm having a tough time
But--a BIG thanks to everyone who cared to help me make the corrections!
Cheers!
