mostly I've just had to get people who have panicked while swimming out of the water. I had to do rescue breathing a couple times but I haven't really had to use CPR thank god. I consider not having to use it doing your job well.
That's cool you work for your dad. You should get certified you can make alot of money as a life guard. well..comparitivly.

Long time no speak, i know . . .

. . . but here i am! I graduated with my two-year degree around the middle of last month and now i'm home, looking for a job as well.

I know i'm a "little" late in finding this, but i'm sorry to hear about your New Year's accident. I can't even remember when the last time was that i got a notification that someone had responded to this thread. I definitely can't remember off the top of my head when the last time was i actually responded to it. This past semester I had 21 credits and transferring to another school hanging over my head. In the long run, I graduated with my degree, but I won't be going to the school i had been planning on afterall. I was accepted at AZ State, but it's just too darn expensive: a little over $23,000 just for this coming year. So, I'm stuck at home for a year before I plan to go to TX Tech in Lubbock, instead. It's alot cheaper, alot closer, and alot more familiar climate to boot. The downside is, I can't become a fully certified bench jeweler that way, which it seems I will need to become in order to do custom jewelry. That, and currently unemployed is how I stand today.

I don't believe we've been well acquainted. How/Who are you? I'm a 21-yr-old in central Texas, and the real name is Amanda.

What's up . . . . well, as of late, nothing terribly exciting has been happening, besides the chigger bites i was battling most of this past week. As of this morning, strep has officially struck. Other than that, I've been lookin' for a job and living one day at a time. Occasionally, I'm working on a piece of jewelry w/ my cache of supplies, mainly from Wal-Mart. But, there will come a day yet, when i can get my hands on real supplies . . . sheets of precious metals, cut gems, rough/polished semi-precious stones and beads, soldering/casting equipment, bench tools, etc. All I have now for those days ahead is a bunch of designs I've literally dreamed up over the years. So how goes it with you today?

Oh I'm moving next year. This years going to be my senior year. I was supposed to of graduated but that's a whole other story. I'm almost there though so that's good. Yeah Bostons pretty humid right now. I just spent the whole day at the beach. This is teh first time in my life that I can remember getting a little red across my nose. It's been one of thos eovercast hot days so I just went to the beach to swim . i got rediculously tan. It's treu I guess when people say you tan more in the water then out of it. IT was a good day all in all. h0o0ot life guards lol you know besides me
