Friend/ guide?

Hoi all,

i really love scotland, the scenery, culture and history. I am planing to go there this summer. I just want to make it a nice holiday instead of those awfull bustours or city journeys which i previously have taken. Scotland is a country for the scenery and the peacefull moments not the mass tourism....

so i have been planning to go to Arran and maybe to the highlands. I need some advice about that and hopefully i can find some native scots(wo)man to guide me trough

Besides the guide i also want to know about the scottisch people, their way of living, culture, etc. what makes them so distinct from other people

Hope to meet one of you (i'm 21 btw, so i prefer someone whois below 30 but any age would be just fine)
