My husband's grandmother was a MacLean, born in Dunoon and moved here to the U.S. from Paisley in the early 1900's as a child. We have done a fair amount of MacLean searching and came up with a fair amount of information so far. What have you gotten since you've posted this? Let me know if I can help.

She married my great-grandfather on the boat to Vancouver, and she came fom Edinburgh, but unfortunately that's all I know.
