I'm myself a great fan of elvis, but I never was to his villa or even to memphis, but I plan that I visit it someday. He is responsible, or more he is the reason why I can speak now this english and I remembered his songs very often during my day. I started before a few years to translate his songs, but I give up and learned it in another way. I would be glad if there is any karaoke-Bar on my next trip, that plays his songs, cause I like to sing, even if it's really terrible, but you know males.

Yes, Elvis had an enormous effect on the world. It's quite amazing to see how many people still come to Memphis yearly to visit his home, etc. I must admit, I lived here for 14 years before I went to Graceland. But I found it quite interesting.
So, if you didn't speak english as a first language, where are you from? Just curious.

Hi eppie,

I got really addicted to elvis songs, I like his movies as well, but I hadn't seen it all till now. I had a slice of a movie, recorded from TNT and it started right in the middle of a song that really sounded good, but I have no name from it, I only know that Elvis plays in there and that he is one time flying with a helicopter. I would them all have, but over the satellite we didn't receive the channel that showed his movies in the morning hours when they was played to honor his 25th.
I am a bavarian, it's the most essential part of germany, cause we was a own country till Germany was build.

I know where Bavaria is. I took German in high school. Wanted to in college but it was not offered at a time that fit into my schedule. Would love to learn it better. My grandmother's family immigrated to the states from Germany. I desperately want to come over one day.

About the elvis movies & songs... I have easy access to them. If you can tell me which movie it is I can get you what you want.... a good copy of the movie or the song. If you are interested.
How old are you; if you don't mind my asking? You don't ahve to answer that one...just curious

Hey eppie,

Yes I would love to get a movie from you, but I know only one title of his movies that I want and not get, it's Girls, Girls, Girls.
My age is 29, I have no problem with it, I'm still a twen, but for the next year, then I`m a third I don't know what happens to me then. But it couldn't be as worse, but with that age most of my colleagues get gray hairs, but hey, I like to dye my hairs in all colors, black, blond, red, blue and half blond (blond only on the sides). I do whatever comes into my mind, until last year I would have dyed the hairs on every style-artist visit, they need a little a artist inside, cause noone wanted to color the sides of the head only, except of me). But truly I have dark black hairs and grey eyes. What colors do yours have?
And now a little German. Ich liebe Radfahren, obwohl ich es lange nicht mehr gemacht habe. But this year I'll definetly start it again.

I can't believe you are 29... I am too. How funny is that?
I have dark blonde hair that I color a couple of shades lighter only becuase my real color is so plain and boring. I also have light blue eyes.

As for the German... did you read my profile? I have not ridden in a while myself. I sure so miss it though.
Anyway, I'll get you a couple more of the Elvis movies I like and send them on as well. Maybe you will like them too!
