Hi @all

I'm Frank and trapped here in Germany(the land of taxes where more people get killed by the finance office than throughout WW2).
Well, even if I bore the most of you with it…
I'm very interested in learning scotisch gaelic. Since almost a year now I'm collecting every usable stuff I can get out of the internet about the gaelic language. Didn't get me very far. The most of it was always the same and more than 90% of the sites were in english.
As a German nativ and even with a good graduation in english(long time ago), the explanations about how to learn gaelic on those english sites took me to my border. German sites about gaelic are very rare and don't fit my needs. And german bookshops flop miserable. You can hardly buy books in english about that language.
At the time I'm translation a (hopefully) complete Gaelic-English dictionary I've found in the net into german.
So one day I'll have a wonderful Gaelic-German dictionary which will give me all the words I need to translate sentences or whatsoever. But I'd still have the big problem with gaelic grammar and the biggest one with gaelic pronunciation.
Lately I've found a gaelic course taught in german but the location is more than 260 miles away from my hometown and I couldn't get there anyway 'cause of my working hours. Sadly they don’t offer distance learning courses.
Is there anybody out there willing to teach me gaelic or help me learning it?
I don’t care about your gender, age or anything else, aye? All you have to be is patient enough to start from the scratch.
Any helping answer is welcome.
Looking forward to hearing from whomsoever…
Email address on request.

Greetz
Frank
