transformers

Hey Abbi,
I feel terribly all right, today we got another new horse, a very calm gelding and he has no such habits as the first one to bite or to step back, I hope. other things was also all right, in my job it is wonderful too, I get along with everybody in there and that's make me happy, there's only one thing I have to criticise, our new coffee-machine makes some different cappuchino, it will take a little while till I get the right feeling.
I am a technical drawtsman, well more or less. I make the drawings of the catalogue and the drawings to manufacture our Transformers or chokes.....But it is a wonderful job, I never want loose it.
In the West-USA I was flought to Frisco, then go to Fresno, Yosemity Park (not sure), to Lake Tahoe, to LV and to LA. In Vegas we stayed at the circuscircus and this town and the buildings was incredible, the long ways between the Casinos, or the casinos itself, it was really amazing. The hotels are so big, that I don't found my room, after a long way I found it then.
My mom had a car accident this week and my father should not know it, so the repairs was made quickly in a garage, but they have to install the lights next week, when my father was in Munich. I don't understand my mother. Do you have a car?

Bye

Hey Abby,
Nope I haven't been on any Arizona fires, though I would love to at some point, I hear they can get pretty wild I have started a couple of novels and finished one, I sent it in and got rejected- let's see that was about 6 years ago. It took me a while to recover from that and actually start writing again, but I am working at it. I love to read! I'm a big historical fiction fan, and admittedly I'm a hopeless romantic so the stories with a twist of love in them really strike my fancy. Right now I am reading the Highlander series by Diana Gabaldon which is excellent! I also enjoyed the Left Behind series quite a bit. Good luck to your husband with nursing school! I want to hike the Highlands when I get the chance to go to Scotland- so pretty much all over is where I want to go Where do you hope to be "stationed" when he finishes the program?

Finally the weekend

Hey there Quick!

You know, I have to admit, I am terribly jealous that you get to work with horses on a farm. That must be amazing. I have never ridden a hores and it has always been a dream of mine. When I was little girl my family owned a small farm in AZ. It was a goat farm. Back then goats milk was not sold in the stores so we had to milk our own goats. The only reason we had the farm was because my brother was allergic to all other kinds of milk but for some strange reason goats milk did not affect him.

Thats great that you enjoy your job and your only minor complaint is the cappuchino machine, LOL! It can be a daunting task to find a job you enjoy where you also get along with the employees.

So which was your favorite hotel in Vegas? Both times I went I stayed in the Excalibur. I would say my favorite was Ceasers Palace. It was absolutely breath taking inside.

Why wont your Mom tell your Dad about the accident? Sometimes Mothers are bizarre. Just dont get married, Mother In-laws are just plain horrible, LOL!!! just kidding (kinda)

Yes, I do have a car. I recently bought a Mazda 6. I love it too! It is a stick shift which I love as well. Do you have a car?

Deer hunting season starts tomorrow (Saturday) so traffic is horrid. The highways are congested with people driving to the north to go hunting. Is there hunting in Germany?

Well, I think I made this long enough for you (sorry) so I am signing off. Talk to you later and have a good weekend,
Abi

another stupid subject line

Hello Mayrah
How are you doing?

I am so happy the weekend is finally here. Not that it matters that much for me seeing I don't work, LOL!

I am sorry your first novel didn't get picked up. Rejection is never easy and not something anyone ever gets used to. I am glad to know you didn't let it stop you from trying again. What was your first novel about?

My husband really enjoys the Left Behind series too. In fact he is getting the whole series for Christmas (Shhh don't tell him, hee hee). I don't read much, not sure why, I just don't. I am reading a book right now that is called House of Leaves. It's about a family who realizes they are living in a house that is bigger on the inside than the outside. It is really weird and I have heard that you either really like it or really hate it.

My best friend in FL and her brother want to hike the Highlands too. Secretly I am hopin she will move there with us. We talked about it a few times but not sure if she will do it. That would mean she has to get a conventional job and that does not appeal to her, lol.

Scott (husband) and I are thinking about moving to Dumferline in Fife. It has a reasonable cost of living and is only 30 minutes north of Edinburgh. However, wherever God takes us I will be happy. (I am just hoping it is Scotland)

What are your plans for the weekend? I am having "girls day out" tomorrow so that will be fun.

Have a good weekend and I will talk to you later,
Abi

granny

Hi Abbi,
If I hear to the doctors that tested me of allergic, I would be a Shepard somewhere in the Bavarian Albs. I'm allergic of everything except of goats and the other one I have forgotten, some vegetable, don't know. Are you allergic of something?
You don't have to be jealous about the horses, cause they make a lot of work. A colleague of mine bought 2 horses a few month ago and I know she's selling them, cause of the work.
In fact I have never rode one of our horses, I can't ride, but if I could I surely fall from a horse and that's something that I wanna avoid, see Christover Reeve.
My fave hotel in Vegas was the Luxor, it just looks like a Pyramid and the sculptures on the entrance was amazing. But there I had one funny situation too. We was gone to the Luxor-Restaurant, there was a long buffet and when I was through, I didn't find my way back to my table, our tour guide shows me the way back. Did you get lost so easily as me?
I don't know why my mother don't wanna tell my father the little accident, no idea. But it's the second time with the BMW and I don't know what he said to her.
Hunting. My chiefs a hunter and a few days ago he was after wild boars. And finally he got one, he was after them 2 times, but I wished him "Waidmannsheil" now and then he got one with the weight of 120 kg. But the deers here got "freetime" cause during the winter they have closed season.
Yes, I have a car, as almost everyone here in Germany I got a VW Golf. But for me a car is a thing to get from A to B nothing more, so I don't clean it as often and my granny said to me:"I almost don't recognized your car cause it's so dirty. Do you clean your car often?

Servus

weekend

Hi Quick,
How was your weekend?
I had a great weekend! I went out with all of my girlfriends for drinks. I didn't get home until 3AM.

Anyway, I do have allergies but not severe. I used to have really bad allergies as a child but I became immune to most of them. The only things I have allergies to now is some pollen, wool, and some cats.

Lately our car has been mess because it has been raining constantly for 3 weeks. My husband loves detailing cars though so he tries to clean it every chance he gets. Like you, I see a car as something to get me to where I need to go. Most Americans have it in their heads that they have to have at least 2 cars to have the "American dream", I think that is a bunch of crap (excuse my choice of wording). We only have one and we are fine with it. There is no need for two.

See any good movies lately?

Later,
Abi

Hi Abbi,
My wekend was also almost perfect. Could sleep, as long as I wanna, could watch TV, as long as I wanna and get the Pizza that I really love, with asparagus and Tomato and mushroom and the dot of the I an egg sunny side up.
I couldn't watch a movie this weekend, there was one original version, but it was french and french I could only speak with hands and legs, but I want to go next weekend don't know what they show. The last movie I saw at the cinema was Matrix. Have you seen it, I don't know how I should think about it. It was good scenes but the story sucks a little. How do you think about? What was your last movie in the cinema?
We had now 3 cars and we need every of it, I need my car to get to my job, my father also needs it daily to drive to his work and my mother need it to to buy the things we need. But during the next few daysI had to make a checkup with my car, or I will get a ticket.

Hope to hear soon from you

Quick
