Taurus,

Business is an excellent field to go into...especially if you're going into management. Other than casting, I'm interested in becoming a talent agent and a public relations consultant...in person I'm great with people!

Ewan McGregor can't be the only Scottish actor out there...but he's just so awesome that he overshadows all the rest I guess. Did you see him in "Moulin Rouge"? Before that I thought he was was a good actor, but I didn't really consider him "hot"...but after learning that he could sing.....be still my heart! Thanks for asking around about the Scottish actors...don't worry if you can't come up with anyone. I went through an entire database of actors and could only come up with a few...amoung them Gerard Butler who will probably be tied up being the new "Bond".

Don't worry about working in a bank...it's a much safer place to work than a convenience store....that's scary!

later...

Taurus,

I'm not big on being an accountant either...Math! Ick! I hate Math! The only Math I like is the kind where I'm adding money into my bank account!

"Moulin Rouge" was great, but I wouldn't recommend seeing it unless you're into "artsy" films. It's really a work of art though...

Personally, I like musicals...I've grown up watching them. "Grease" is definitely one of the best! Too bad John Travolta doesn't look like that anymore!

So you start work on Thursday? Exciting! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Later!

Taurus,

Good luck on starting work tomorrow! I'm sure you'll do fine working with people...you seem friendly enough! Just be yourself and don't be nervous.

I had the hardest day at work today! A lot of the people that I wanted to cast didn't have contact information...so I had to do some "detective" work to track them down. But my persistance paid off...I now have the home phone numbers of most of the actors I want to hire.

Well, I've got more actors to hunt down...(in my "spare time", can you believe it?)...so I'm back to work!

Taurus,

Hey! Congrats on your first day of work! I've been keeping you in my thoughts and sending lots of confident little "vibes" your way!

Working with people is fun...as long as they're nice people. I hate calling some of the agencies in Hollywood because there are a couple that are not only NOT helpful, but downright rude.

You would love to have my job on good days...some days are just plain LONG. Today I was kind of bummed 'cause I wasn't finding some important people. Well I FINALLY tracked them down. As chance would have it two of the actors ended up in Georgia and even though they live in different parts of the state they're friends from the "old days" when they used to make FBI training videos together. It was funny.

I haven't found any other handsome Scottish actors...I may just have to get a British actor to do a Scottish accent. I'd even use a handsome IRISH actor if I could find one.

We're not filming anything yet. Right now we're in what's called "pre-production"... We don't have a date set to start the filming yet, but I'll keep you updated.

If you're interested maybe when we start the production I'll see if I can line you up to be hired for an internship or as a production assistant.
