good luck

Good luck, sounds quite an interesting job that actually!

Well I might have something to start in early Jan after my meeting today so Ill just have to wait and see.

Billy Connolly is The Man! How many 60 year olds go about with bushy hair and purple goatee beard? Genius. Have you read his book written by his Mrs? Very funny and interesting read, i thought.

Thumbs up

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you but it sounds promising. Good for you!!

I haven't read the book but I know what one you are talking about. I might hint that I would like it for my christmas! I totally agree, the man is a genius. I could watch his videos over and over and still laugh as much. Don't get me started though cause I would be here all night, with "Did you see this bit" "Did you see that bit".LOL.

Congrats! Can't say I'd fancy banking/finance myself - used to work for ghastly pretentious stockbrokers - but clearly it is in your field, so well done you!

A fairly happy new year is almost guaranteed already!

I am so glad that getting this job has cheered you up, it's nice to hear some good news for a change!!

I am not too bad when it comes to the shopping, I have gotten nearly everything now, hopefully.

The mouth is feeling better now thanks, I have still to go back again but I won't bore you with the details although I am a bit p'ed off as it is costing me £70!!!! No fair.

What are you doing at Christmas/New Year?? I am going to a party in my friend's house on Christmas Eve after that, I have no idea!! I will just need to wait and see what happens!!!

Do you go out in Edinburgh a lot?
