An accountant in search of a new career? Heheheh - well remember the old Monty Python sketch about that - you could be a lion tamer!

Check out the friend of the stars then, eh??

Yes I can confirm that for me anyway, accountancy is as dull as you are lead to believe !! not that theres not interesting people doing it, of course?!

Im not the type to have my head in a book (much to the annoyance of my ex boss) so a change was necessary I think!

A lion tamer.....now youve got me thinking!

Cool

I don't know about friend to the stars, they would probably call me a stalker!!! LOL.

A lion tamer would be interesting but slightly more dangerous than an account I think.

Have you any idea what you would like to do?

Celyn, are you about this morning??

Smile

Some of them aren't even famous enough for me to stalk so I don't waste my time on them, I only go for the big guys!!

Good luck for tomorrow. I have never been very good with numbers so I would need to stay away from them. You're quite right, go where the money is.

I am sending away an application for a Trainee Fingerprint Officer, so here's hoping (spelling?). It sounds really interesting.

Not about this morning, but about now1 The fingerprint thing sounds fun. Incidentally, my brother's wife is an accountant, and yet she used to be so much fun! (Not fair, she is still fun really.)

Re. the lion tamer - in the Monty Python sketch, the nerdy bored accountant *insisted* he wanted to be a lion tamer, but after much fun and confusion, it turned out that what he thought a lion looked like, is what most people would call a "mouse".

Red face

I don't know any accountants actually but I am sure they are all lovely. I thought the Holy Grail film was really funny.

My favourite comedian is Billy Connelly, I think he is absolutely hysterical!!!

I am sending the fingerprinting application away today so keep your fingers crossed for me.
