Merry Christmas

Hello.

I am from Florida and planning a trip to your amazing country next September. I will be posting in the travel section after the holidays and just wanted to wish everyone Happy Holidays.

How does a typical Scot celebrate Christmas? Is there a typical Scot?

I don't believe there is a typical Scot!

Whilst Christmas has gained more prominence in recent years (it used to be primarily a religious and children's day in my earlier years) - Hogmanay is our festival.
