FAO Sylvie

If you are touring on your own (I mean that as in hiring a car as opposed to touring by bus/coach) two invaluable tour books are both published by DK and should be able to purchase from Barnes/Noble or Borders they are as follows

DK Top 10 Scotland

Amazon.com: Scotland (Eyewitness Top 10 Travel Guides): Alastair Scott: Books

DK Travel guide

Amazon.com: Scotland (revised) (EYEWITNESS TRAVEL GUIDE): DK Publishing: Books

should be able to get them both for under $30 USD

Another thing is to look into memberships such as Historic Scotland or NTS if you plan to go castle bagging.

Thanks for the advices. I'll look after them.
I found many useful websites of Scotland also and I've got a guide too.
Unfortunetly I don't speak well english so hungarian guides are better for me. My husband speak it very well, but this trip will be a big surprise for him!!! So he can't help me in translation
