I think you've misunderstood. He inserts things like a track or two from the CD but I have given him the CD.
He is actually a former student as I don't have the time for full-time classes now as I go abroad often to lecture/teach. However, if he has questions or needs help he emails me and I supply the answers so it was a two way thing.
