Hi there Celtica. Scottish roots, I guess? Never been to the south-west of the USA, only in the Louisiana area. I still remember the great food overthere... mmm... lovely

Could be Irish roots, or Breton roots or Basque roots - well, you get my point

Even Belgian or Dutch for that matter. They lived south-west from the river Rine as well, like my ancestors

Hello there...Yes, Scottish.

Are you referring to the distinct flavor of cajun cuisine?

Hello, yes I do get your point. The information that has been given to me dates back 5+ generations...and so I realize the insight. However, there is no doubt of my predominant Scottish roots...even before knew anything of my heritage...I could sense it.

Yes, the Cajun cuisine... so rich and flavoured... and so plenty!!!

I guessed you'd have Scottish roots. Your username and going to a Scottish forum say enough
My friend is from Edinburgh. Got to know him through the Proclaimers official website on their 'Haver Board'
