Hi all.

A little about me:

I'm a male, 34 year old Scottish Highlander. I'm interested in most things, to various extents, but my current main areas of interest are the toponymy of Scotland (especially in the Highlands & Islands), the archaeology and history of Iron Age Atlantic Scotland and the history and culture of the Highlands & Islands in general.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you.

I've lived all over the highlands and islands over the years (including in Caithness), and in other places in Scotland and abroad. It's nigh on impossible to answer "where are you from" questions more precisely than "the Highlands".
