Just discovered this site and registered. Wish I had found it sooner. I am of the Harvey family, a sept of Clan Keith, and my husband's grandmother was a McLean born in Dunoon, and moved here from Paisley. I will be making a trip to the Highlands at the end of May. It has been my fondest dream to explore that beautiful country. I look forward to hopefully learning much more about my self and my family prior to arriving. Merry Christmas to you all.

Good Morning, Babz, It's quite snowy here also. Very cold, as well. We're supposed to get our first big snow storm of the season over Sunday and Monday. It's very pretty! I currently live in the "snowbelt" of the northeast. It certainly makes life interesting, in the winter.
I and 2 friends of mine will be visiting from May 25th to June 4th or 5th. It doesn't seem near long enough, but I don't think my family would like it very much if I was gone longer. We have not yet made any overnight reservations for our first night in Aberdeen. Any suggestions?
Well, thank you so much for responding to my post. I hope to hear from you again.

I haven't any dealings with B&B and hotels in Aberdeen but look in this
site it does have a good list of places where you can stay in and around
the Aberdeen area !!
