I can't answer most of your questions, but as for the stilettos... I'm backwards- put on a pair of stilettos and I can walk fine , put me in a pair of flats and I'm likely to bust my a$$. The only flats I can wear without a problem are boots... Go figure!

Don't wear stilettos or even heels very often for that matter. I am used to being on my feet and don't want to torture myself. lol

Don't watch Springer. I may not be the brightest buls in the lamp, but no point in rotting my brain. Besides, if you don't know who the father to your children is, you got more problems then you were aware of! And I don't really care about the rest of the weird stuff they put on that show. ie- I refuse to wear clothes. Who really cares?

And we Irish drink because it's fun. Hell I don't know! lol It's in the blood or something! It's like the music, dancing, and the tears. When your Irish there are just some things you have to do.

You could try putting some on and see how it goes from there. I personally can do it, but no point in tempting gravity. If you are wearing shoes that throw you forward and have enough up top, isn't it kind of like asking to kiss the pavement? lol
