Re: re tommy scott

Hi Betty.

There is actually nothing on the web-site from Tommy Scott, but the music and scenery is similar. Lizwest was looking for info on picturesque scenery and music on video from Scotland, and I thought she may be interested in this.

All the best to you. I am still trying to find my way 'round here.

The Wherries.

Hi again wherries

Thank you for answering so quickly, It is actually me who wanted some information on Tommy Scottand Liz was good enough to write me about it. No one seems to know anything about him , I live in Canada and made friends with a person from Port- Glasgow and she put it in the Sunday Post a month ago and we haven,t heard back yet. I have a Tommy Scott night every Tuesday night some friends and I play his videos ( I have 7 of them ) and Ive seen more of Scotland and the beautiful scenery than I did before I left Paisley 37 years ago , and we enjoy the music too.

Thanks again good to hear from you feel free to e-mail just to say hi ,hope you find your way around and enjoy yourself

Betty

Red face Scottish Music

Hi again Betty (Paisleybuddie)

Good to hear from you and when I get
the time (probably around New Year
when we're looking for Scottish videos)
I'll have a search for Tommy Scott,
definitely! I still work although
hope to stop within the next few years,
between that and keeping the house
going, takes all your time. The weather
in Oz at the moment is the Tops, just the
way I like it, misty mornings and warm,
windless Autumn Sunshine. It's just
lovely. We've lived in Melbourne for
17 years now, been home twice but
beginning to feel that Oz is home, mind
you may take that back tomorrow! Just
love listening to the Tattoo when it
comes around each year as it usually
brings on some nostalgia. Thanks for your
input to this thread. Liz

G'Day Wherries

Thanks for the info. I'll certainly
check out the site as when you're
a bit away from the Old Country
it's handy to acquire some input
from others. Cheers

Liz
