Okay, I hope I spelled your name right this time, naughty me! I am really sorry about that last time.

You saw Loreena McKinnett on the Jubilee on TV? OMG! I can't believe she was on there and I didn't see it. But to be honest with you, I don't know if that was even played here in the states, do you know? I never saw any ad for it, but then I am on the computer more than I am watching TV! I know my other favorite band, The Corrs were on there. And Loreena played the Mummer's Dance? Oh my heart sighs! I wish I could have seen it. Do you have her Christmas album? I do and it is so beautiful. But somewhere on somebody's Christmas album she did the song "King Wincelot." Does anybody know whose Christmas album that was on? I heard it over Christmas on a radio station when they were playing Christmas music and when it came on, I was so thrilled, but they never said from where the song was from. Thanks!

He desert-rose!

As far as I know the Jubilee show was on the BBC. I watched it when as was at my friends for she's got Sky teli.
On the german TV the didN't show anything either!
The song 'Good King Wenceslas' (don't feel bad about spelling it wrong! ) is featured on the christmas album 'a winter garden'. They're only five songs on it, but it's still really good. I got it this christmas and absolutly love 'Good king Winceslas' and 'God rest ye merry, gentlemen'. They're my favourite from her christmas songs. I think her other album is 'To drive the cold winter away'. That's the only one I haven't got yet, only listened to it via a friend. I just recently downloaded the cutouts of the television show she did on her offical website. They're great!!!I can't wait for her new album. Do you think she's gonna go on tour some time again? I would love to see her playing live, would be sort of a dream come true!!!

Oh you lucky person you! I wish I could have seen it. You say cuts of it are on her website? I will have to go back and check it out more thoroughly.

Oops! I misspelled Good King Wenceslas? Figures! I haven't been doing too good in the spelling area these days! But thanks for telling me all about the details so now I can look for it. Probably won't be able to find it until next Christmas, I would imagine. Oh, who is the album "A Winter Garden" put out by so I know under which artist to look under. Is it Windham Hill or something like that? Thanks for your time.

I have her Christmas album "To Drive the Cold Winter Away". It is beautiful. Not your typical Christmas album but it is still so very beautiful anyway -- of course.

I am hoping that when she puts out a new CD that she will start touring again. I can only hope and pray! She seems so involved in so many other things. I really want to see her live very badly! Do you have her "Live in Toronto and Paris CD?" I love it! The only song on there that I was really disappointed by was how she did The Mummer's Dance. The tempo and all was very fast and I hated that she did ot that way. All the other songs are great.

You're doing a new website and going to use her midi, "The Mummer's Dance" on it? How so very cool is that? Keep me posted. Many thanks again for all the info! Keep in touch!

Well here I am again. Just to answer your question very quickly: 'A winter garden' is from Loreena and it contains among other songs 'Good Kind Winceslas'. I think I was a bit misunderstanding there. Sorry! Still practising my English. Did you find the cutouts yet? They're taken from an interview but I don't know from which show or channel. I hope they're still there for I downloaded them nearly a year ago. Hope you have luck! All the best, Tanya

Hi Tanya! You're English is excellent. What are you saying? Are you from Germany, may I ask? I hear your country is beautiful! I found the CD "A Winter Garden" by Loreena McKinnett on Amazon.com! I was really suprised as I had no idea she had put out another Christmas album until you told me! I am going to ask for it for my birthday in April!

I went on LM's site and I found no cutouts from the Jubilee. But there were cutouts from CDs of various songs. That was cool! I never noticed that before. Thank you for everything. I have been out of town the past couple of days, but was glad to receive your email. I also noticed that you are on Scottishsearch.com. I am there too under the same name. I have a penpal site there too. Hope to see you there.

First of all to answer your question, yes I am german, at least half and I have lived in Germany for nearly twelve years now.- About scottishsearch: are you posting there or are you in the chat? I don't like chats that much and I've never really been in one. I haven't posted much at scottishsearch either, just went there and had a look around. I'll go back and try to find you. The forum there isn't so active like ours, or is it?
All the best
